TCEA 2009 – Day 4 Summary

On Day 1 of my first blog post, I mentioned that the TCEA Conferences contain many activities for everyone that attends; free sessions, workshops, guest speakers, film festival, and an exhibit hall full of vendors trying to demo their products to teachers, librarians, specialist, principals, administrators, etc. Last year I spent most of my time in the exhibit hall looking at all the cool technology that all the vendors provided and seeing what I could try to bring to the district.
This year though, because I wanted to show and discuss the many sessions that were available, I decided to only spend about a half day in the exhibit hall on Friday. So youre probably asking, what happens in the exhibit hall, lets take a look.
Looking forward to the conference next year to see what new technologies, ideas, strategies the presenters will bring to the sessions so that we can take it back to the classrooms. I am also looking forward to possibly doing a presentation myself.
